Who We Are
Oncology Rehab and Wellness Resources, LLC was established in 2013 as a response to the imperative need for specialized physical therapy services for cancer patients and survivors.
Our practice is solely for those being treated for cancer, with a history of cancer - or living with cancer. We are not an outpatient clinic that also treats cancer patients. We treat cancer patients and survivors - only. This provides much greater specialization for our patients' needs.
Our staff consists of Physical Therapists who specialize in cancer rehabilitation and 2 Certified Lymphedema Therapists. Our cancer specialized therapists have over 25 years of experience in the field.
Work Environment
Non-corporate, team-oriented environment. Our owner still treats patients side by side with our other therapists, thus is very involved in the day to day. We focus on QUALITY, not quantity of care. We are NOT a typical outpatient clinic and treatment times are 40-60+ minutes one on one with patients.

Salary
$43–$55/hour (based on position + experience + schedule)
- Bonus potential + CEU reimbursement+ CLT certification payment by company for eligible clinicians
About the Role
Join a physical therapist-owned outpatient clinic specializing exclusively in oncology rehabilitation. This is a low-volume, 1:1 care model—not a high-volume outpatient setting.
- No double booking
- No 16–18 patient days
- Focus on quality care for cancer patients and survivors

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 physical therapy care for oncology patients
- Treat pre and post-surgical, pain management and deconditioning cases
- Collaborate with a team-oriented, mission-driven clinic
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)
- Strong communication skills, empathy
- Interest in oncology, chronic disease, or medically complex patients
- Team-oriented mindset
